The Okoboji Tourism Committee and Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber are hosting a new Customer Service & Hospitality Training event for all Chamber members! Quality customer service is key in any community, but it is especially important in one like our own that revolves heavily around tourists and visitors. It is never a bad idea to get a refresher in customer service tips in order to keep those visitors content, returning, and recommending!
We invite all front line employees, community tourism volunteers and leaders, and managers (retail, restaurants, attractions, hotels, gas stations, convenience stores, etc.) to join us on May 16th from 9-11 AM. Cost is only $10 per person or $8 per person if a business sends 5 or more staff members.
