Canning Salsa

Let’s learn how to can Salsa together on Tuesday, August 13th from 5-9pm. Renee Sweers, Nutrition and Wellness Field Specialist, will share techniques and safety with us as we all prepare and can salsa using fresh produce. The program will be at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Spirit Lake. Cost is $35 and class size is limited to 8 participants. Call Sue Boettcher at 712-336-3488 for more information.
