Food Preservation 101, Preserve the Taste of Summer

There might be snow on the ground, but it is garden planning season. Now is also the time to plan for preserving garden produce.
We are offering three virtual Preserve the Taste of Summer courses to help people prepare for the food preservation season.
You will learn about of canning, freezing and drying foods and receive up-to-date resources.
