Inversion + Arm Balance Workshop

Explore and discover the arts of balancing on your hands and going upside down! You will learn sustainable practices, stretching and drills to to build strength and stability. This 2-hour workshop will include:
~Total body warm up with focus on hands, wrists, arms & core
~Alignment principals and strength drills
~Partner assists
~Free time to play and discover
Mitchell Molloy was born and raised in Minneapolis and first started practicing yoga as a way to heal a body beat up from Rugby. “Yoga gets my body feeling alive and connected. Through this practice I have realized that I am powerful. I have created a life that I thought only existed in dreams. I have a community of amazing people that I get to be with. I realize that we can be happy and healthy and I am here to share that with the world through meditation, yoga and self-inquiry.”
Mitchell has studied with Sid McNairy, Baron Baptiste & Indu Arora.
