New Beginnings – A 4 Part Yoga Series

This class series is designed for anyone that is brand new to yoga or is looking to re-learn the basics. Students will learn everything from yoga etiquette, to yoga philosophy, to posture alignment and more.
Students will come away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing and will have enough knowledge to be comfortable walking into any yoga class.
$50 investment includes all 4 classes.
Every Tuesday, 6pm-7pm, in April.
