July 9 & 10 | Needle Felting
Learn the process of needle felting in this two-day course where
an instructor will guide you through the process of making your own
landscape tapestry!

July 16 & 17 | Beginning Wheel Throwing
Students will familiarize themselves with the pottery wheel and
practice making cylinder and bowl forms. Students will apply
underglaze design and projects will be left to dry, kiln fire, and
pick up within two-week time.

July 23 & 24| Recycled Vinyl Record Collage
Paint with warm wax by process of encaustic onto a unique
surface- vintage vinyl records! Students will explore recycling old
crayons, color mixing, and collage possibilities in this two-day

July 30 & 31 | Clay Lunch Plate with Laura Turner!
Instructor Laura will lead students through the hand-building
process to create a clay lunch plate inspired by animals and other
shapes for the inspiration for our lunch plate. Pieces will be glazed,
dry, and fired in the kiln for pick up approximately 1 1/2 weeks
after the class date.

August 6 & 7 | Scraper Paintings with Metallic
On a 16×20″ canvas, create beautiful layers of acrylic color by
learning to acrylic pour, float, and use unique tools to create
depth. Students will add metallic detailing and bring home a piece
that is ready to hang on the wall!
