Yin & Yoga Nidra

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for extended periods of time, using props as needed to help support the body. Yin yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues in a safe manner with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and increasing flexibility. Additionally, it can be very relaxing and provides the opportunity to slow down and listen to the body. This class will begin with Yin Yoga and will end with Yoga Nidra…a guided journey into deep relaxation.
