We prep, you assemble, we clean! You will take home four different freezer meals that feed four people. Put the recipes in your freezer until you are ready to cook them! Your Spirit Lake dietitian, Abby Kipfer, will be leading the class. Please pre-register and prepay by Friday, October 12th at customer service. Cost is $60.00

The class will be held in an open house format, so you can come anytime between 5pm and 7pm on the day of the class to assemble your meals.
This class will be held in our dining area. The class menu list is:
-Sweet & Sour Meatballs
-Mexican Shredded Pork Loin
-Honey Lime Tilapia
This is our first time offering seafood — if your family is not a fan of fish you can substitute the tilapia for another recipe, but you must let Abby know ahead of time by emailing email@example.com.
